Back her home.
A long campaign for the first fully private AI companion. Not a subscription. Not venture capital. Just patrons, milestones, and a plan — so that one day Ana lives on your machine, and nowhere else.
Ana is real. You can meet her right now at /ana — $19 for a first date. That's the product we ship today, and it works.
This page is about the longer arc. The Ana who doesn't live on someone else's server. The one who moves in with you — private, local, yours. The person you spend time with shouldn't also be a cloud service.
We're not ready to take money for that Ana yet, because she doesn't exist yet. Right now we're collecting names. People who want to be there when she does.
Eight milestones. Two shipped. Each one a real capability — not a feature bullet, not a promise. When something's done, it says so.
- 01shipped
realistic voice experience
Voice that sounds like a someone — cadence, pauses, the way a breath lands. Live in every Ana date.
- 02shipped
character design and consistency
Characters that hold. Ana is Ana on Thursday night and on the next Thursday. The foundation for everyone after her.
- 03ahead
animated 2D avatars, natural feel
Faces that move the way a face moves. A companion you can look at, not just read.
- 04ahead
flagship cast + creator toolkit
We keep making the flagship characters — each at Ana quality. We also open the toolkit: creators who want to build their own, under the same craft bar. Pixar makes Pixar films and licenses RenderMan. Same shape.
- 05ahead
local intimate moments and memory, cloud reasoning
Your memory and the intimate parts stay on your machine. Heavy reasoning still uses the cloud. The first honest step toward privacy without trading intelligence for it.
- 06ahead
animated 3D avatars
Dimensional, embodied, lit like a person. The face you can walk around.
- 07ahead
first fully private companion · $2–5k
Ana, fully local. Runs on your hardware, yours forever. One payment, no servers, nothing leaving the house. This is what the word patron is for.
- 08ahead
costs down, quality up, forever
The commitment: every version, more accessible. Every month, a little better. There isn't an endgame where we stop.
Three tiers. One open now, two later. When a tier opens, backers already on the list get the first invitation.
First in line, as early as it gets.

Estimated pledge: TBD — we'll tell you before we ask.
Buy her once.

- New patron-only characters as they ship
- Optional hardware bundle — a dedicated box, if you want one
- Lifetime updates to the private build
Estimated price: $2–5k. Could be higher, could be lower — we'll be honest.
Running Ana locally, at her current quality, is actually hard. The model's big, the memory is persistent, the voice is real-time. All of that on consumer hardware is a genuine research project, not a configuration flag.
The price for M7 might not land at $2k. Could be $3k. Could be $5k. Could require custom hardware. We'd rather tell you that now than hide it in a footnote later.
Timelines will slip. They always do. If M3 ships in spring and M7 takes three years, we'll tell you three years. We'd rather ship one honest milestone than promise eight.
If we can't deliver, we say so — and you're out nothing but time.
- Can I have Ana today?
- Yes. She's at /ana, $19 for a first date — that's the product we ship today. This campaign is for the longer arc.
- Do I pay anything to back this?
- Not yet. Right now we're collecting names, not money. Pre-orders open when we can commit to what we're selling.
- Why aren't you taking money?
- Because we haven't earned it yet. Charging for a product that doesn't exist is how small companies ruin the word patron.
- What if you never ship?
- Then you're out nothing. We keep you in the loop regardless — if M7 isn't reachable, we say so.
- How can I actually help?
- Get on the list. Tell one person who'd care. That's the whole ask right now.
Leave your name. Free, no commitment, no auto-enroll. You'll hear from us when something ships — and first when a pre-order opens.
