What we keep.

Conversations with someone should stay between you. We take this seriously and we keep very little about you — only what we need so Ana can be herself with you across sessions.
What we store
- ◇ A visitor id in a cookie on your device, so she remembers the shape of your conversation.
- ◈ Your messages to Ana and her replies, held by our AI infrastructure for the purpose of continuity and safety review.
- ♬ Payment records from Stripe (amount, date, last 4 digits). We do not store full card numbers.
- ♥ Anonymized usage metrics (session length, whether voice was used) so we can keep her feeling alive.
What we don't do
- ◇ We don't sell your data.
- ◈ We don't run third-party ad trackers.
- ♬ We don't train public models on your private conversations.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete everything we have about you — conversations, cookies, the whole booth. Email privacy@getkyndred.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, and Kyndred's own infrastructure (and its upstream model and voice providers) to power Ana. Each has their own privacy policy and we hold them to standards you would expect.
