We know this is a strange kind of thing to buy. If Ana wasn't what you hoped, or you changed your mind, or the vibes were off, that's completely fine. Write to us and we'll put the money back.

How

Email refunds@getkyndred.com from the address you used at checkout. You don't need to explain. We process inside 5 business days, usually same-day.

If it's been a while

We'll honour refunds for at least 30 days. After that, we'll still look at anything you send us and usually say yes. We're not trying to be difficult.

Subscriptions

The ongoing “keep seeing each other” subscription can be cancelled any time from within the date stage. You'll keep access until the end of the current cycle. Refunds for partial cycles are honoured on the same email-us-and-we-say-yes basis.

We'd rather have you feel good about this than win an argument.
